 what are the habits of successful people. And so Aristo said.  Whatever you do.  95% of this is the result of habit.  So it is difficult to form good habits. But it is easy to live.  That all habits are learned and may be unheard of. In fact, you do not give up a habit that you can easily replace.  A bad habit with a good habit that has more powerful and effect.  And how do you develop a good habit? Do you develop repetitive habits? Almost everything you do from the time you get up in the morning.

 1) Goal setting 

  What does it mean? When you sleep at night, think about your goals for the day to come.  Make a list of all your goals for the day.  The day you achieve your goals.  When you drive all day, when you think about your goals, you are very close to achieving them.  So all successful people and all rich people think about their goals. People always think about the important things that they can do.  Successful people are in control of almost every single situation in the world. They are the ones who make the most of it.  See in this list what activities you would like to do.  That it will be completed.  And start this activity immediately by putting a circle around it. Then urge yourself to work non-stop until you complete this task.  That this simple technique has taken people all over the world from rags to riches for at least a hundred years, if you have the most important work and it starts immediately.

  2) Exercise daily.

 We need a lot of energy to succeed in a competitive world.  When you exercise  So you get a lot of energy. And you get a good rest. And exercising all the time is one of the most important habits.  Character and honesty always tell the truth.

  3) Self-discipline.

  Self-discipline is a basic habit that makes everything possible.  And this is the best definition of self-discipline.  Self-discipline gives you the ability to do that when you want to do something.  So you should do it. However, when you finally promote self-discipline. Because of which everything else becomes possible.
